FAQ
How does it work?
  • Enter a new customer record.
  • Enter a target completion date.
  • Select the current status.
  • When the status or target date changes, update the customer record.
  • Status Station will email the customer to let them know the status has changed. The customer can then sign on to the website to see the updated status.
  • When the job is complete, update the customer record with the completion date.
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys on a predefined time basis. The customer is asked to return to the website to complete the survey. The survey is then emailed to you.
How difficult is it to install?

It's quite simple! Since all of the pages are hosted on our servers, you need only link to them - most clients choose to do this using a framed approach. Optionally, you can choose to have us host your website, in which case the integration will be seamless.
